Mentalizing the Minds of the Aggressors Who Are Stalking Me

I think I realized something.  The person who sent the "Sandra Hesse" code is someone who, in spite of probably not being a professional spy--more show-off-y and indiscrete--planted a spy at the mental hospital where I was treated in late 2001.  Dr. Steg was my doctor there, and the hospital was called "Dominion Hospital."

The person, likely a billionaire such as Mark Zuckerberg or Elon Musk, obtained access to my medical files, including a write-up from a non-doctor worker who said "Philip presents to be very intelligent" and "Philip's last multivariable calculus test was essentially perfect."  That is not verbatim quotes but that's pretty close to what was written about me.  I don't remember how I accessed that information...if it was something I over-saw when I was a patient there, or, if it was something I saw when I requested information from my doctors over the years when I applied to get a very high clearance at DOD.

Also, Dr. Steg said at the hospital that he really didn't like Sandra Bullock.  It sounds like someone planted a high-power spy at Dominion Hospital, and the spy managed to access my records.

So, this person doesn't mind if I "figure it out."  The person feels safe and invincible and impossible to arrest.  Probably, the person believes that Donald Trump would immediately pardon this person if he were arrested, and thus, the FBI will refuse to prosecute.  One key thing about this person is, he has a very simple understanding of other people psychologically...whether he has designed a highly used social networking service or not.  One thing Donald Trump likes is *deals*.  He was probably propped up into power by a number of people whom he has since turned against, such as Vladimir Putin.  He demands absolute unwavering loyalty and lots of contributions, often ones that require significant skill and talent, to stay in his inner circle.  He is arguably not as powerful as Nancy Pelosi.  The key will to fear is the will of Nancy Pelosi and Elizabeth Warren--politicians of the far future, not just of the next few years.  Donald Trump does not have unlimited political capital.  He has made a lot of people very angry, and has to watch his step to avoid angering the people who remain by his side politically.

Also, I think this person doesn't understand physical surveillance that well.  The person has probably bought some "state of the art devices" to ensure that he is not under surveillance.  There is a naive belief, perhaps, that the Snowden leaks ruined the power of the NSA and therefore also of the FBI.  The person feels ready to do whatever he wants, based on over-simplified analyses, influenced by mental illness, of what he can get away with.

Currently, I believe it's both Musk and Zuckerberg.  At present, no one at the Monarch Community seems to be a good person I could talk to about this.  I think all of my claims that people are following me around and stalking me would be framed as "delusions and ideas of reference," not worth investigating at all.

Oh well.  I think something has to happen eventually.
