Another Possibility
What if it's actually investors and prediction market participants who are stalking me? I guess the thing is, for sure, they are trying to influence/manipulate me in some way. What way is that, though? What do they expect me to do? I won't get that angry. If I forget myself and get angry for a moment, it won't last. I don't see how the manipulators are going to get me to do anything. Maybe they think it will manipulate the courts into saying that I'm still very mentally ill, and therefore...I don't know. Maybe the bad guys want me to spend as much time as possible "out of circulation."
One thing is, though, the person has deep ties to the Virginia government. That might mean that although maybe Mark Zuckerberg did some redirect thing in 2011 that messed with my computer, he might not be the main antagonist. It could be that someone else hacked me, using Zuckerberg's (or Facebook's) action as cover.
Maybe it's Abigail Spanberger. Whoever this person is, the person has a big ability to get VA government employees to do what they want, apparently for free, maybe anyway.
Why would Abigail Spanberger not like me, though?
I don't know. I'm still leaning towards Mark Zuckerberg, that's where the evidence seems to be pointing. Elon Musk has a better "personality fit" with the caper, but I don't see him interacting with me as much. I applied to Tesla once, but I didn't get an interview. IDK.
It could be the Mark Zuckerberg just hates the NSA. What if Edward Snowden was enabled by MZ? Maybe MZ just wants to fight against the NSA, and it's nothing personal. Maybe he wants me to leak, and also get jail for not having leaked earlier on after having worked for DOD.
It sounds a little bit like my claim that AI does "tries" at things, and then if the things fail, other things are attempted that are more sure-fire and "punitive" against the system for not having enabled the initially intended action.
