Why the Houston Police Officers Were Suspicious
If they had been trying to send me the date, and they were doing it out of a sense of honor, they would have left their flasher-lights on for more than a split second. Since I'm in distress, they would have wanted me to definitely see it. So the fact that they were acting like they don't care if I see it means that they don't care about me or my outcome, which suggests at least mild hostility. So I think that that is evidence that the police codes cannot be trusted. I saw other police officers come by, and they don't signal with their flashers at all. The clearest signal I got was 1:45 p.m. That's Nash Equilibrium, and it doesn't appear to be a date. There IS evidence that arrests are coming, because a lot of people are doing bizarre code gestures in broad daylight, apparently thinking that they understand law enforcement psychologically, and how to fool law enforcement officers. Remember, the FBI and the police are not the same thing.
Maybe the Sandra Hesse HOLA code was an upper bound. How old would Ludwig Otto Hesse be this year on August 4 or 3? 215. So maybe it's BOY.
That reminds me of Dr. Bober at LifeSkills, one time I said, "I thought X meant Y," and he said, "Even though it doesn't mean that." I wonder, am I misinterpreting all of the codes? What if Dr. Glasser's code "doesn't mean that," quite simply? The H-E-B codes arose in response to my request for codes. Maybe I should focus on those codes the most. In terms of cryptology, the protocol would make sense to be such that secrecy/confidentiality is not that important, but it would be sort of surprising if Dr. Glasser had predicted my request and gone out of her way to hire a lawyer and get the DOJ to tell her.
So I think, I need to pay more attention to he H-E-B codes. I'm going to H-E-B today! If you want to tell me the end date, I'm all ears for that!
