My New System for Managing My Mood
I have decided to publish my new step-by-step process for trying to put myself in a good mood to my blog. Here it is! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm about to...it's a step-by-step process for trying to put myself in a good mood:

- Journal
- Select one thing from your journal and contemplate it with "character voices" indoors, on the bed
- When you are ready: Listen to one to five songs on YouTube, with the "one thing" in mind.
- Then, go outside, and stand in the shade with your iPhone for 30 minutes and think.
- Then come back inside and do whatever you want after that.
