My Mental Health

I typically don't like country music songs.  I like this song though--I hadn't realized it was a country song when I heard it playing at South Florida LifeSkills.  I like the message a lot, the line "I know you've got mountains to climb, but always stay humble and kind" is very potent advice for me personally.  That's a very good message for me...a good metaphor and a good reaction to it, I need to work on having a little more humility...without sacrificing the attempted greatness of the work I do.  My goal for myself is, be humble, kind, and grateful.  I am trying to practice gratitude in my daily life...it is difficult for me to do that sometimes, due to my emotional numbness.

Here's the song, it's by Tim McGraw, whom I had mainly heard of via Andy Smaberg before.
