Confusion At the Doctor's Office

A mild frustration:  Apparently, I myself canceled my doctor appointment for today at Houston Methodist with my general practitioner for my annual appointment.  The annoying thing is, I messaged HM on MyChart, the internet software program that they use, and asked about fasting for bloodwork yesterday...and the person answered as though the appointment was still scheduled for today.  Only when I showed up for the appointment was I notified that the appointment had been canceled and I wasn't able to see the doctor today.

Oh well.  I saw an older woman who looked a little bit like Nancy Pelosi at the doctor's office, on the way to the elevator.  She did a tongue in cheek gesture at me.  I look OK for my age, but I don't think I'm all that handsome...I'm not getting gestures like that as flirtation or compliments on my looks, I don't think.  If she was intending to signal me, though, I don't understand how she got in there.  I mean, it's possible, but it seems sort of unlikely...a woman who is retirement age parks her car with the valet parking at Scurlock Tower, and then walks past me at the time of my appointment just to signal me?  Maybe if she were an FBI agent.  She might not have had a doctor appointment, she might have been just getting food at the food court area.  Maybe there have been a number of people showing up there who don't belong there, and she was sent in by someone to investigate.   Or, it's another coincidence, and I'm just confusing myself.

The code spells CAPTAIN, or, AIN'T A PC [nothing].  So the date is politically correct?  June 6?  Or something else?  Maybe I'm being encouraged to take my self-concept to be, "like a captain in the military."  A lot of people do listen to me and my ideas, but I'm not all that high-ranking or authoritative--I'm not a general.  Whatever.

It did occur to me that Joshua Zelinsky might not have meant anything cryptic by posting on 3-8-2026.

Also, I was pleased that Samantha didn't yell at me for getting the appointment date wrong.  I didn't get charged any money, either.  So it's a very minor issue...I won't find out about my bloodwork for another 2 months, that's the only problem.  I'll have to be careful about what I eat.

Grocery shopping tomorrow!  I did update my diet based on the MyChart comments from the other doctor that I saw a while ago.

I will contemplate the "political correctness" of the date soon.  Maybe the woman was saying, your disclosures are very important, Nancy Pelosi and other authority figures are aware of what's going on, and she was sent there to help me understand why the date hasn't been published, and I'm not a burden.

Maybe the date is unknowable?  Maybe the authorities are saying, it's a politically correct date--as soon as safely possible--and it will make sense later, and it's before July 30, but that's all that the general public is allowed to know.  I am wondering about Judith Glasser's image...how does she know?  Maybe she knows because she has a sense of the FBI and what is politically correct for them to do.  Maybe I should listen to the police in particular...Jun 29 or Jun 26.

Will average Americans agree that the date, and not telling me the date in advance, was politically correct?  I don't know.  I'm still not talking about politics right now.  I am trying to think of what else I should say or think of to properly mentalize this.  Let me list my sources:

 - Woman signaling, "the date either is or is not politically correct"

 - Dr. Glasser's code

 - Dr. Zelinsky's code--I think the typo-word "says" is more meaningful than the date, 03-8

 - The police turning flashers on and then quickly off, for 06-26 and 06-29

I think the clearest thing is that it's over by Jun 29 at the latest.  I know, from having lived in VA while psychotic for over 10 years, that the Tuckahoe police get away with all kinds of rude/inappropriate things, such as flashing me the peace sign when I had made it clear that that was a sort of phobia for me.  It could be that Houston, TX, has much better and more carefully governed police officers.

Alright!  That's it for now.  I'll continue thinking about it as time goes on.

Maybe I will be saying, "Ohhh, now I get it!" when the end date finally comes.
